What millenials think about God

Ligonier Ministries and LifeWay Research recently teamed up to survey 3,000 Americans on topics like God, sin, salvation, the Bible, ethics, and more. The 2018 State of American Theology survey revealed some surprising and sad results.

Research like this reminds us of the need for relevant, biblical material that really connects with your teens and points them to Christ. For example, the survey revealed that 53% of millenials say the Bible isn’t literally true. Our study on Treasuring God’s Word teaches students why the Bible is true and why they can trust it.

The survey also revealed that only 5 out of 10 millenials think sex outside of marriage is a sin. Identity & Purpose explores God’s design for marriage and sex and many other foundational issues your teens need to grasp.

As you look at some of these results, pray for your teens to hold fast to God’s Word as the source of truth and life instead of the culture around them. You can see more survey results here.
